These assessments are used by employers to evaluate the suitability of job applicants for specific roles. They assess an applicant's skills, abilities, personality traits, and work style to determine their compatibility with the job requirements and organisational culture.
Selection and recruitment assessments can be composed of a variety of different assessments that are dependent on the employers specific needs, and the competencies needed for the role.

Process:
First, an initial consultation will be held between the Employer or head of Human Resources, where I will gain more background information, and discuss the assessment process. If necessary, we will discuss the necessary competencies of the role and design the assessment battery accordingly. The candidates to be assessed for the role will need to give informed consent before proceeding with the intake interview and assessments. We will book a time for myself and the candidates to hold an intake interview, thereafter I will conduct the assessments. Lastly, we book a feedback session between myself and the employer, where I will provide relevant feedback of the candidates performance and suitability. Additionally, a detailed report will be provided. At request, the candidates are also entitled to an individual feedback sessions.

R2,500.00 - R4,000
The final costs of the assessment package is dependent on the individual needs and budget of the client. This is discussed in the initial consultation.
